One thing that I've really come to love - is working out during my "lunch". I work from home, so I force myself to get out and go to the gym everyday. #SprintUnlimited

Every night, as I lay in bed I mentally go through my next day. This is when those 3x5 cards in the bedside table come in handy!
I just tried an editorial calendar after four years of blogging. Why have I not been doing this all along???
My way to relieve stress is taking a hot bath with rose scented bath salt. It's so relaxing!
Don't leave out the refreshing effects of 15-30min naps

I have 2 @Sprint phones and I send myself text messages from one phone to the other for reminders all of the time. #SprintUnlimited
@modpodgerocks Isn't it awesome? I love how I can drag stuff all over when I need to make changes.
That really reduces the stress - enough to get me through making dinner, homework, LIFE, etc. :) #SprintUnlimited
A set routine does wonders too.. I get up first thing in the morning while getting kids ready for school and take time to check my email, reply to those I need to, schedule posts, and try to remember to take my vitamins while having my coffee. Not an easy task for me. lol
