Try yoga to reduce stress and worries
Yes! Yoga is good to opt with.

Play with pet.
Many people say yoga. it is really good but we need to know how to do it properly
if you do not a proper way and dont have a guide then avoid yoga to reduce stress instead try what sooth you at the moment. Might be some good book reading. Talking with long distance friend etc.
1. I listen to my favorite songs or
2. I go out with friends to watch a movie or
3. I read inspirational book
4. I go on long drive
5. Remind the best past memories
I get in my car and go for a drive. I never really have a destination in mind just around the block works too but I have to have music turned up load!
