Have a laugh and take a break at work. Anything to interact with people in more emotionally satisfying ways. At home, turn off the BB or iPhone when spending time with family, even if it's for just a few hours.
@mikeSF1211 I totally agree! Interacting with people is SO important for overall stress reduction! When you laugh with a co-worker, it takes the weight off whatever may be waiting for you back at your desk!
A bubble bath always does the trick!
A good romantic movie always helps relax!
For daily stress reducing.. I take a short nap after work before dinner. ;) As a treat, I love getting pedicures!
Lavender Tea!
I love a good manicure. Totally relaxing, and you can just decompress for 20 minutes.
There is nothing more relaxing that a hot bath & my kindle fire.
It also helps that I'm an extremely organized individual, so each day is a little more simplified to begin with.
I take a relaxing bath or a soothing shower. Works everytime!
When I'm really stressed out or worried I read my bible. The words of encouragement really help to change my attitude, and help me find a place of peace.
