Setting aside 20 min to do personal emails with my first cup of coffee, small moment, big win!
Getting in some exercise. Even if it's 10 minutes of yoga or 2 minutes of planking. Every little bit helps!
Fitting in a workout at least 4 to 5 times a week. While I might moan before going, I am ALWAYS glad that I did go!
working out first thing in the AM and taking my dog for a walk -- all before 7 am gets my day off to a great start! #QuakerRewards
Creating a schedule for working out that I can stick to helps to keep me on track and feeling great about what i'm doing
Starting each day with a healthy mindset.
Spending time in God's Word.
Getting the kids off to school in time to make a healthy lunch for work instead of ordering out!
Eating breakfast always makes me feel happy and energized before I head off to work.
As a healthcare professional I make it my duty to go to my annual physical exam, Ob/Gyn, I recently started on a low fat low cholesterol diet and exercise is now apart of my daily routine. The more I exercise the less stress.
