@theGlamNetwork I try to meditate for at least a few minutes every day. Praying also helps me.
If I exercise and it's fun, I'm going to do it again. If I am doing it the entire time while gritting my teeth, I'm hating life.

Daily healthy steps = committing to "me" time for at least 30 minutes. Eating whole, real foods. Laughing (again). Working my butt off. Pursuing my passion.

But really, what's the difference between yoga pants and sweat pants?
I love my treadmill, but today it started burning or something so i had to go walk in the real world!
@TheGlamNetwork Daily stretching. I try not to sit at the computer for too long at at time. But that is hard when all your work is on the computer!
I make sure to take my son outside to play every day and dig our hands into some dirt. People NEED fresh air.
