Hands down, Cleo's Oopsie rolls! I can't live without them. I have a "sandwich" for lunch every day. Often I have an Oopsie "Egg McMuffin" for breakfast and/or a grilled cheese Oopsie sandwich. This has been the single most important food item that has helped me achieve my weight loss goal and maintain it for over five years now. I also love my Wii Fit Plus which helps make exercise a little less tortuous!
Getting a workout in is very important to me. It has become such a habit that I "yearn for it." A friend once told me a bad workout is better than NO WORKOUT at all! So on days where I am not feeling my best, I consider it a small win or victory to even just get a little bit of exercise done.
