I think it's important to take the stairs if I'm walking a few flights up.
I think it's important to start the day with a good meal-- Eating is like an energy boost to help wake you up!
The average american eats 1 pound of meat a day - I think it's important for the environment and for your health to have at least one vegetarian day a week.
Taking time to go for a long run on weekends!
Getting a good night's sleep gives me more energy throughout the day to go to the gym and get things done!
A healthier psyche begins at home. Simplify and declutter! It’s nearly impossible to meditate, breathe deeply, or simply relax when you don't have the room.
Carving out time to call my sisters, brother, or parents at least a couple times a week. Hearing their voices, if only for 5 minutes. keeps me grounded.
