Have to exercise right after work--if I wait it won't get done.
Having a big online circle of support keeps you accountable, too. I know my best friend Robin Bane helps kick me in the hiney if I need it.
Also (shame alert!) I have learned the art of getting sweaty and cleaning up sans shower. It's all about baby wipes and hats! My office probably hates me.
Speaking of sleep-- How much sleep do you need to be healthy and well-rested?
Finding a gym with childcare is KEY. It isn't just good for your body, but it is "me time"!!

Jumping in late. I exercise whenever I can! Depends on the day.
