Mine would be anything that makes my babies happy leads to healthier choices for me
letting my kids dress themselves in teh AM - even though things clash, shirts are backwards - avoids drama in the AM
I am taking a few extra minutes at night to read--and it helps me get to sleep too!

Healthy food, exercise (even it's just a little), SLEEP and meditation. The latter is the one thing guaranteed to calm the body and mind.
For me it's watching TV while I'm exercising. Just the small act of taking my mind off of what I'm doing feels like a treat.
On this low carb diet I have sweets that more than satisfy me AND keep my weight in check. I have never been smaller in my whole life and just bought a size 4 pants yesterday!!! Going to the gym daily for my body AND my mind. Having my daughters come to me and give me a hug without asking. Lots more but you don't want a book, ha! Many blessings I sometimes forget. Nancy

Drinking water! I've been concentrating recently on drinking water throughout the day to make sure I stay hydrated and I truly believe this has made a difference in my liveliness, attitude, and eating habits.
A low carb diet which forced me to learn how to make scrambled tofu...I have been reading about it for years but after a nasty encounter with a different tofu recipe in '99 I was reluctant to try it. I add a bit of tumeric so the scramble tofu is not a white gooey mess. Also add ins are kale, cherry tomatoes, onions and peppers. The other huge thing that I do towards a healthier lifestyle is to prepare low carb breakfasts and lunches for my husband who is giving the Atkins diet a go. It is a colossal attempt on my part seeing how I have been a vegetarian for 32 years! Husband is shedding weight, he looks wonderful and we are looking forward to hitting the mountain trails come snow melt.
I have a stepper that I use while watching the morning news.
