Agreed. Sometimes you NEED to do it earlier -- which is tough! @sideofsneakers RT I don't always like to get up and get going, but I always manage to find a way to miss my workout if I don't get it done earlier in the day
I got a massage today to energize. It's about taking time for yourself.

The best time for me to get my sweat on is right after I drop my daughter off for school! A little me time......

For me, I work out whenever -- I don't have a set AM or PM schedule I follow. Today it was a 4pm -- each day is different!
